Feature
Sleep Tracking
Sleep Tracking is Diorama's end-to-end sleep pipeline from ingestion and scoring through visual analysis. It combines HealthKit sleep data, manual corrections, and multi-surface sleep insights.
Why it matters
Raw sleep logs can be hard to interpret. Nightly summaries, stage breakdowns, and trend views make duration and continuity easier to review alongside recovery and training.
How Diorama uses this
Review nightly sleep summaries from Daily Card and open detailed sleep analysis views. Inspect score, timeline, stage breakdown, and quality metrics for each day. Combine manual edits with tracked data so sleep history points to clear next steps.
What you can do
Sleep Tracking gives you a full sleep lens inside Diorama: nightly summaries, deeper detail pages, score framing, and context that feeds broader insight surfaces.
Sleep services process and merge incoming records so users can still understand trends when data comes from mixed sources.
Detail views expose not just totals, but structure and quality dimensions, helping users connect sleep behavior to daytime outcomes.
Notes and limitations
Stage-level fidelity can vary by device and sampling quality, so some nights include richer analysis than others.
More advanced respiratory and apnea-oriented roadmap work remains future scope rather than fully shipped experience today.
Limitations
Sleep insight quality depends on HealthKit sample completeness and stage coverage. Dedicated breathing/apnea-focused roadmap enhancements are not yet fully surfaced as production sleep features. Some older sleep test suites remain disabled while newer targeted suites are active.
