Sleep in Diorama

Sleep read alongside your training and recovery.

Diorama uses the sleep already in Apple Health, from your watch, ring, or bed sensor, plus anything you log yourself. It scores each night against your own sleep need and puts it next to the training you have planned.

On top of Apple Health

Built for the nights trackers get wrong.

Apple Health stores your sleep. Diorama adds the parts real life needs.

Naps count

Log a nap in a couple of taps. It adds to the day’s total and appears beside last night, so an afternoon nap never overwrites the night before.

One night from several devices

Wear a watch and a ring, or add a bed sensor. Diorama combines them into one night, removes the overlap, and shows which sources contributed.

Fix the night when the tracker is wrong

Forgot to wear your watch, or it logged you asleep on the couch? Adjust bedtime and wake time, or log the night yourself. Corrected nights stay labelled so your trends stay honest.

Each morning

One screen for last night.

The whole night

Bedtime, wake time, time asleep, stages, and overnight heart rate on one timeline.

A score against your own need

Duration counts most, measured against the sleep you usually need, then continuity and stages. Tap the score to see how it was built.

A short morning read

Up to two reasons behind last night and one suggestion for today, with a plain note when the data is thin.

Over weeks and months

Trends you can trust.

Your sleep need, learned

Diorama starts at 8 hours and learns your own need from well-recorded nights, showing how confident it is as history builds.

Trends that respect gaps

Weekly and monthly duration, score, consistency, and recent sleep balance. Missing nights stay missing, never zero.

Every number has a source

Each night is marked as sensor, manual, or mixed, with a confidence level. The same label follows it into reports and Ray.

A nudge for missing nights

If last night didn’t come through, Diorama asks once in the morning so a gap doesn’t turn into a hole in your trends.
