Workout Analysis
Workout Analysis is Diorama's core engine for interpreting workout performance signals. It includes detailed per-session metrics and sport-specific analysis surfaces.
Mia could see her zones and splits but wanted a clearer read on what had actually changed week to week. This work turns the metrics she already has into decisions she can act on.
Why it matters
Raw workout data is hard to act on without clear interpretation. Analysis quality directly affects planning, recovery, and behavior decisions.
How Diorama uses this
Diorama already provides broad analysis coverage including HR zones, splits, cadence, recovery, and swim-specific metrics. Current roadmap work targets stronger validation and deeper comparative/coaching layers.
What you can do
Use detailed workout breakdowns across multiple sports and metric dimensions.
Notes and limitations
The foundation is strong; next gains come from reliability hardening and high-value comparative insights.
The science
Analysis earns its keep when a single session is read against the trend and the load behind it. Without that rigor, a confident recommendation can just be a misleading one.
Limitations
Analysis depth varies by source completeness and enrichment quality. Some advanced interpretation ambitions remain roadmap scope rather than shipped behavior.
Good analysis lets you train on purpose. It turns effort into something you learn from.
